Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all personal training services, including recurring memberships and non-membership/session pack purchases. By enrolling in training, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Memberships (Recurring Programs)

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
     

  • All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated.
     

  • Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled with 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
     

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, or partial months.
     

  • Exceptions may be made only in cases of documented medical conditions that prevent participation.
     

 

2. Non-Membership / Session Packs (Pay-As-You-Go)

  • All session packs must be paid in full upfront.
     

  • Session packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     

  • Expiration periods:
     

    • 5-session pack → valid for 6 weeks from purchase date.
       

    • 10-session pack → valid for 12 weeks from purchase date.
       

  • Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.
     

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
     

 

3. Products & Digital Sales (If Sold on Site)

  • All digital programs, meal plans, and eBooks are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
     

  • Physical products (if applicable) may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
     

 

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Documented medical condition preventing participation.
     

  • Trainer’s cancellation of services without rescheduling option.
     

  • Billing errors caused by the trainer or payment processor.
